British Open No Gi Champions 2025: Dream Art Bradford Wins First Place Team Trophy

By Sam | December 15, 2025

Dream Art Bradford are proud to announce an incredible achievement at the British Open No Gi Championships 2025, where our team secured the first place team trophy, officially becoming British Champions once again.
This result is particularly special because it was achieved by one small club from Bradford, operating from a single location, competing against some of the biggest teams in the UK.
Outstanding Results from a Small Team
We entered nine competitors into the event and came away with:
- Six gold medals
- One silver medal
- One bronze medal
An outstanding return that reflects the dedication, discipline, and work ethic of our kids team. This was not even our strongest possible lineup, with several champions resting at home, yet the standard and performance remained incredibly high.
The Real Backbone: Parents and Coaches
Behind every successful kids team is a group of committed parents. Week after week, they give up their evenings, weekends, and free time to bring their children to training and competitions. Their support is a huge part of what makes results like this possible.
Equally important are our coaches, who give their time, energy, and passion to help develop our students both on and off the mats. Their commitment to high standards and long-term development is at the core of everything we do at Dream Art Bradford.
A New Chapter with Dream Art
This championship marks our first year under the Dream Art affiliation, and we are incredibly grateful to Isaque Bahiense and the wider Dream Art organisation for welcoming us in.
We were a successful team as Gracie Barra Bradford, winning multiple major team trophies, and now as Dream Art Bradford, we are continuing that tradition and setting Dream Art as a strong presence on the UK competition scene.
One Club. One Site. One Vision.
Winning the British Open No Gi Championships reinforces what we believe in: high standards, consistent work, strong values, and a genuine team culture can compete with anyone.
Thank you to every parent, student, and coach who believes in what we do. This British title belongs to the entire Dream Art Bradford family.
If you are looking for Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in Bradford, especially a proven kids competition programme built on development and values, we are proud to lead the way.
